Thanks, Hillary! I love this round-up and so appreciate all your wonderful recs. Sadly my dad passed away last month. It's been a really weird time for me - grief is pretty wild. He left me a bit of money so I decided to treat myself to some clothing/shoes that I wouldn't normally splurge on. I am getting the Jamie Haller leopard print loafers, JH Everything pants in black, her Fatigue pants in chestnut, and JH Kenickie jeans in washed black. I will think of my dad whenever I wear these items, which I know will be a lot! Plus since they are such high-quality items I should have them for a very, very long time! Happy Holidays! I hope you and your family have a restful/peaceful/joyful break.
Oh Cara, I am so sorry for your loss, and I can only imagine it hits particularly hard at this time of year. We lost a very beloved family member this year, and the holidays are bittersweet without my father-in-law. Sending you the biggest hugs, and hope your JH pieces are amazing. I finally jumped on the Hanni train after literally itching my legs raw during the first cold snap here in the south. I too bought lots of pants. There are so many different styles to choose from. And after a few years of sticking to neutrals because all of the fashion people told me that was the way to a great wardrobe, I added some color back and I’m enjoying my clothes again.
I also bought more pants than anything this year (so not like me) and three of my favorite purchases are the Shon pants, the whipped shirts from Negative Underwear, and the leopard Jamie Haller loafers! Love so much!Thanks for sharing, Hillary!
